We recommend registering for the CardX Application by following these steps:
1. Open the CardX App and select "Register".
2. Enter your personal information and choose OTP verification to confirm your identity.
3. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
4. Set up your PIN.
5. Registration completed successfully.
As part of our commitment to enhancing the security of your card information, we are upgrading the cash withdrawal PIN from 4 digits to 6 digits.
The new 6-digit PIN will allow you to perform transactions more securely and conveniently, including:
Cash Advance transactions at SCB ATMs
Identity verification when contacting our Customer Service Center for requests such as updating contact information, fund transfers to a bank account, or installment payment arrangements
The PIN change from 4 digits to 6 digits is available from 29 May 2025 onwards. You may also refer to the detailed PIN information through the designated channels.
To change your PIN through the CardX Application, please follow these steps:
1. Go to "Accounts" and select your card product.
2. Navigate to "Other Services" and select "Settings".
3. Choose "Change PIN".
4. Enter and confirm your new PIN.
5. Select your preferred OTP delivery method (Email or Mobile Number).
6. Your PIN has been successfully changed.
SCB and CardX have changed the credit limit structure from a shared credit limit to separate credit limits for each credit card product type.
This change is made to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions governing SCB and CardX credit card services.
